Do you offer direct billing?

Direct billing is available depending on your provider. We currently do not accept ICBC or WSBC claims.

What type of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made via the credit card left on file or through e-transfer. Direct billing is also offered depending on your insurance company. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise 100% of the fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

What is included in my treatment time?

All appointment times consist of a history intake, assessment, treatment time/hands-on, and homecare instructions. 

What should I wear during my massage? 

Up to you! Some massage techniques work best with a skin to skin contact, and appropriate draping will be used. However, feel free to keep your clothes on if you prefer. I will work around your level of comfort.
